He is a veteran doctor, teacher and health administrator with a rich 25-year experience in Indian Armed Forces and Armed Forces Medical College. He Graduated from AFMC Pune and did his MD in Community Medicine from Pune University. He was a teacher in Community Medicine for UG and PG programs in AFMC, Pune. He has planned and implemented several community and district level health programmes,
result oriented researches and studies. His pioneering work done in the Mental Health among Internally Displaced people of Malakal County has earned him appreciation and accolades from the Government of South Sudan.
He has also earned appreciation from the Governor and Health Minister of Arunachal Pradesh for his role as the Director of Military Hospital, Tenga. He is a member of various national level research and scholarly committees and has done extensive research studies on various topics for them. Currently he is pursuing
